LUBRIPLATE 630-AA GREASE – L0067
A series of Lithium-based greases for general purpose lubricants for food processing equipment as well as industrial applications. With one series of products, inventory and purchasing can be consolidated with LUBRIPLATE “630” greases.
LUBRIPLATE No. 630-AA is an NLGI No. 1 lubricant and the most popular multipurpose general grease. Ideal for automatic dispensing systems and centralized systems with large lines. -
LUBRIPLATE 930-AA GREASE – L0096
The LUBRIPLATE “930” Series of lubricants are also listed as “multipurpose” but with a higher operating temperature range than the “630” Series. These lubricants possess high film strength and exceptional resistance to water, steam and other adverse operating conditions. Since these lubricants are of the non-melt type, they can be used successfully for high temperature applications up to 375°F and for short intervals up to 400°F.
The LUBRIPLATE “930” Series of lubricants are shear stable multipurpose greases for both plain and anti-friction bearings. These lubricants are recommended wherever Microgel greases or Bentone greases are recommended and used.
LUBRIPLATE NO. 930-AA is an NLGI No. 1 lubricant highly recommended for automatic grease dispensing devices and pressure gun applications. LUBRIPLATE No. 930-AA is available in the convenient 14½-ounce grease-gun cartridge.

LUBRIPLATE CHAIN & CABLE FLUID – L0135
LUBRIPLATE Chain & Cable Fluid is a lubricating, penetrating and cleansing fluid designed for a multitude of applications. This product will not produce a dry surface; it will maintain a moist film. This unique film, however, will not pick up dust and dirt, but rather acts as a cleansing agent. In the lubrication of wire rope, it is essential not only to protect the outside of the wire, but also to penetrate into the strands to lubricate and reduce friction between these strands and to lubricate and protect the inner core from rust and corrosion. The same basic principles also apply to the lubrication of roller chains — the required penetration, cleansing and lubrication of the inside of the links is vital in addition to the outside protection and lubrication. LUBRIPLATE Chain & Cable Fluid performs all of these functions most successfully.

LUBRIPLATE FGL-1 FOOD MACHINERY LUBRICANT – L0231
Now with LUBRI-ARMOUR, LUBRIPLATE’s anti-microbial additive which prevents the decomposition of lubricants caused by microorganisms. LUBRIPLATE FGL greases are treated with LUBRI-ARMOUR to remain fresh and last longer in harsh food processing environments.
LUBRIPLATE FGL Greases have been formulated to meet the increased demands of the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. The trend towards NSF International H-1 Registered* products to replace H-2 products has meant a great deal of research and testing to improve the capabilities of lubricants with incidental food contact. LUBRIPLATE FGL greases are the result of these new demands.
FGL-l for many plants, this NLGI 1 grade grease may be the most widely used lubricant due to its multi-functional capabilities. This includes low and high speeds, low and high temperatures and a wide range of loads. Available in convenient 11 oz. aerosol cans.

LUBRIPLATE FGL-2 FOOD GRADE LUBRICANT – L0232
FGL-2 provides superior film strength for slower moving applications under severe operating conditions such as water, steam, high temperature and load. The excellent shear stability of this grease in combination with a unique tackiness agent provides a long lasting durable film of lubricant for large bearings, open gears, chains and other exposed surfaces.

LUBRIPLATE GEAR SHIELD EXTRA HEAVY – L0152
Open gear applications have been a controversial lubrication area for years. LUBRIPLATE Gear Shields, in three different grades and characteristics, provide a product to meet most of these various applications. These products have performed to the satisfaction of even the most critical operators. These lubricants are applied as received — THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE HEATED for application. Likewise, they are also pliable at low temperatures.
LUBRIPLATE Gear Shield Extra Heavy does not intend by its name to imply that it is an extra heavy product, but is an NLGI No. 3 grade lubricant designed especially for extra heavy duty applications. LUBRIPLATE Gear Shield Extra Heavy has proven itself an outstanding lubricant on a wide variety of applications. A leading heavy construction firm found it so successful in lubricating the dipper sticks, racks and pinions on their shovels handling blast furnace slag, that they adopted its use on all their shovel operations including strip mining, stone quarrying and highway construction.
A leading manufacturer of heavy duty fork-lift trucks found that this lubricant was the only one that successfully lubricated the slides on some large vehicles designed for the Armed Services. Likewise, chemical and other processors using large open gear drives have found that LUBRIPLATE Gear Shield Extra Heavy has lubricated the gears more satisfactorily and prolonged the gear life considerably over that previously experienced using other gear compounds.
