Quality Control Responsibility
The Quality Control Department is responsible for monitoring and controlling all aspects of production including raw materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products. The following are the roles and responsibilities of the Quality Control Department:
- Monitor and select materials and products that meet our quality standards.
- Ensure that materials and products are stored properly in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Monitor the shelf life of materials and products.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes that ensure product quality.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that materials and products are sourced and shipped accurately and match the customer’s purchase order.
- Ensure that all materials and products are sourced from reputable sources, either directly from their manufacturers or from legitimate, authorized distributors.
- Ensure that the shelf life of the products is within the customer’s requirements or stated order terms.
Outside of the Quality Control Department, every employee in the organization has the responsibility to prioritize quality in their work, and to advise the Quality Control Department or management about any concerns that relate to product quality.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing process that includes all necessary steps required to produce our products.

- Train employees on the manufacturing processes and provide them with the necessary tools and resources.
Quality Control Testing
The following are the quality control testing procedures that will be followed in order to maintain a high level of quality:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control testing program that includes all necessary tests required by our customers.
- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of testing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Train employees on the quality control testing procedures and provide them with the necessary tools and resources.
Customer Satisfaction
The following are the processes and procedures that will be followed in order to ensure customer satisfaction:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer satisfaction program that includes all necessary steps required to meet our customers’ needs.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions with our customers to identify areas for improvement.
- Train employees on how to handle customer complaints and provide them with the necessary tools and resources.
- Ensure that customer complaints related to product quality are routed to the Quality Control Department or management.
Corrective Action
The following are the processes and procedures that will be followed in order to take corrective action:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corrective action program that includes all necessary steps required to address any issues that may arise during production or customer satisfaction surveys.
- Train employees on how to handle corrective action and provide them with the necessary tools and resources.
- Ensure that any corrective action taken is evaluated for efficacy afterwards to ensure that the initial concern has been adequately resolved.
