Hylomar Advanced Formulation HV is a solvent free, non-setting and non hardening,
high viscosity non-slumping thixotropic gel which is ideal for sealing joints. It can also be used as a gasket dressing and flange sealant. It will enhance the sealing capability of all types of gaskets and flanges.
Hylomar Advanced Formulation is resistant to:
- Automotive fluids
- Mineral oils
- Synthetic lubricants
- Fuels

- Non- setting & Non- hardening
- Wider operating temperature -55°c to +250°c
- Resistance to vibration & shock
- Resistant to differential thermal expansion
- Designed with specific rheological properties to form an excellent seal on close fitting joint surfaces
- Parts can be assembled immediately or left indefinitely before making the joint
- It is designed to fill and seal all the surface imperfections in the flange surfaces
